Our Expertise

Harveen Thauli was called to the Bar of British Columbia on August 30, 1996. Harveen started My Equine Law as a boutique law firm that provides strategic legal advice for the unique needs of the equine community. Bringing together the two things she loves most, Harveen is both an avid rider and a former owner of a horse whose show name continues as “Legal Affair” as well as a highly qualified lawyer with experience in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, collections, corporate/commercial and securities law, investigations and professional conduct. Harveen has direct experience in the horse business, including purchases and sales, boarding, leasing, show events, horse racing, rider and horse safety. She is one of only a few lawyers in Canada who specializes in this unique area and brings a very practical, common sense approach to her work.
